Bayas beach, playon de Bayas or el Sablón, is the longest beach in the Principado de Asturias, with dark golden sand and strong waves, a long sandy beach that joins with Los Quebrantos, with more than 3 kilometers in length, ideal for long walks on the beach with your dog. In its eastern part, it joins with an area called Los Requexinos, of enormous natural beauty and frequented by nudists.
Located in the council of Castrillón of the Principado de Asturias, very close to the airport of Aviles and a couple of kilometers from San Juan de la Arena, which can be accessed by walking from the beach when the tide is low.
You can access the beach of Bayas with dogs during all the time of the year, being able to enjoy both summer and winter. The zones enabled for access with dogs are wide and are bounded perfectly. The beach has showers and fountains, in addition to a large car park on the beach.
